The Clemson Applied Technology Laboratory (CAT Lab) is a research division in the Nieri Department of Construction Real Estate and Development at Clemson University.  Its purpose is to enhance the University's research capabilities by developing applied technologies that improve professional workflows.  The lab specializes in researching unmanned aircraft systems (UAS) in the built environment and spearheading practical application of artificial intelligence (AI) large language models (LLM).

Congratulations to Nurudeen for successfully defending his Ph.D. dissertation proposal!  His proposal is titled "Advancing Construction Science Education:  Developing an Artificial Intelligence Curriculum Grounded in Contemporary Industry Practices" thesis!
